Please email us at grandcountycandleco@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date if you have any problems with your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping and handling fees.
